Daniel Pacek

Director of the FarmLab project

Graduate of pedagogical studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń with a specialisation in lifelong education.

Regenerative farmer and permaculture enthusiast, has run a demonstration farm ‘Pacówka’ near Wadowice since 2016.

Previously associated with natural building, in which area he has led numerous workshops.

At Campus, he is responsible for the innovative FarmLab project, which involves extending the educational process to include a context of innovation concerning the relationship between humans and the living world.

Bogdan Master

Agricultural Specialist

Connected to “Kopiec” all his professional life, he says it is his second home.

Husband and father. His passion is pigeon breeding.

At Campus he is responsible for the farm he is also the organist and caretaker.

Wiktoria Chachura

Junior Project Manager

Responsible for the implementation, administration and support of educational and development projects at Campus Bemke Foundation, in particular the Holidays with Passion, Mentoring Programme and Individual Development Programme. Graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice in the field of Social Work and graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice in the field of Management – with a specialisation in Management. She gained experience in working with children and young people and in project implementation by implementing a one-and-a-half-year social project for children and young people on development through resource work. She started her work by participating in an internship programme within the Individual Development Programme. She also acted as a camp educator for Holidays with Passion. She is currently developing her project management skills at the Campus Bemke Foundation in the role of Junior Project Manager.

Marta Lewandowska

Project Manager

She has been involved in projects supporting the development of children and young people for several years. She has experience in working with children and young people, in particular as a developmental tutor and camp educator. She acted as a tutor in two editions of the Individual Development Programme and as an educator at Holidays with Passion. She has implemented a project based on tutor training and volunteering, as part of which more than 60 people have gained competence and practice as tutors. Graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice in the field of Management (Human Resource Management, International Project Management).

She has gained experience in working with children and young people and in coordinating projects over many years as a volunteer for various organisations and through active participation in student organisations. She shares her acquired knowledge and experience by conducting workshops for young people and adults on non-violent communication and volunteering.

Małgorzata Jagiełło

Project Manager

Responsible for coordinating and supporting education and development projects, in particular those implemented under grant funding. She is also responsible for administrative issues, ensuring that proper documentation is maintained.

She has experience in working with children and young people, accumulated through teaching classes and workshops in English. During her studies, she was involved in a student organisation, gaining competences related to project work. She has been in the Foundation team since April 2022.

Justyna Główka

Senior Project Manager

Has been managing diverse projects and multi-person teams for over a decade.
Co-creates and implements emerging projects and those that need to be scaled for greater social impact. She is responsible for shaping the programme processes that accompany the organisation from inception, consistently following the principles of agile management methodologies. She has a broad practice in designing and leading community consultations. She focuses on creating open dialogue and taking ownership of collaborative initiatives. Her approach is based on a creative approach to challenges, nurturing the development of the whole team and mobilising effective collaboration. She holds a degree in Management in career counselling and psychology in business and Economics in public relations.

Bartłomiej Marszałek

Director of Non-Formal Education

Manager, trainer, psychologist, researcher of the effects of psychological and community empowerment, lecturer at SWPS University. Trains managers in developing employee competencies, leading teams, communication, Metrum trainer at the School of Trainers. Successfully co-created projects that included the recruitment and training of a staff of over 100 tutors, tutors and experts, working with nearly 500 young people in Poland. Since 2012, he has been actively involved professionally in the implementation of social projects. Graduate of SWPS University, majoring in Psychology of Personal Development and Coaching. Completed the second level FPL Masterclass Management course. Co-created a new specialisation in Educational Psychology, co-authored a chapter on personalised forms of education – mentoring and tutoring in an academic textbook. Speaker at, among others: SWPS University International Conference in 2014, Kyiv International Tutoring Congress in 2020. In 2013/2014/2015, he received the VIS (Very Important Student) Rector’s Award for his achievements on social background. Privately a happy husband and father, passionate about mountain hiking.

Dobrochna Lama

President of the Foundation for the Development of Personalized Education

She has many years of experience in developing and implementing educational programs, having worked as a teacher, school principal, trainer and consultant for management and teachers, including educational institutions abroad. She holds a master’s degree from Sydney University in Australia and a postgraduate degree from the Pedagogical University in Cracow. Founder of the Educare Institute for Personalized Education, Managing Partner at TDJ Foundation.

At the Campus, she is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Na Kopcu Kindergarden and Bemke School as president of the governing body. 

Justyna Woźniak

Accounts and administration specialist

Graduated from the University of Economics with a master’s degree in management and marketing.

Privately a wife and mother of two.

At Campus, she is responsible for billing and administrative matters.

Anna Maciejczyk

HR and Payroll Assistant

A graduate of the School of Philosophy and Pedagogy ‘Ignatianum’ specialising in family and re-socialisation pedagogy and post-graduate studies in the field of human resources management and career counselling. Family and re-socialisation pedagogy and postgraduate studies in human resources management and professional counselling. Professional experience as a vocational counsellor with the unemployed and with schoolchildren. She currently works at Bemke Kindergarten as an administrative worker – secretarial support. At Campus, she works as a human resources assistant. Privately a wife and mother of three children.

Renata Romańczyk-Grabowska

HR and payroll specialist

Associated with ‘Kopiec’ for 10 years as an employee and active member of the Parents’ Council.

Privately a wife and mother of two daughters.

At Campus, she is responsible for human resources and payroll.

Katarzyna Bartochowska

Financial Director

Graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice at the Faculty of Finance and the Faculty of Economics. She completed postgraduate studies in economic and commercial law at the University of Silesia, managerial studies based on the structure of the MBA programme and IFRS at the Warsaw School of Economics. She has been working in finance since 2009 and has been with the TDJ Group since 2018.

At Campus, she is responsible for finance.

Magdalena Drwiła

Communication specialist

Graduated from the University of Łódź with a degree in journalism and marketing. She gained professional experience in Poland and abroad, where she dealt with brand image creation, product promotion and customer community building. At Campus Bemke, she is a communications specialist and is responsible for social media and the website, as well as co-creating marketing strategies and campaigns.

She loves brainstorming and creative work. Privately, she is a wife and mother of two children.

Katarzyna Zawiślak

IT Project Manager

In the IT world for 25 years. Project management is in her DNA. She started her history with IT from an implementer, to a trainer, specialist, manager and director in the IT area. Specialist in ERP systems, integrations in all directions, software development from scratch. Her main focus is on making life easier for users in navigating the IT world in their daily work.

Graduated with an executive MBA in whole enterprise management. Self-taught and passionate when it comes to IT. Privately a motorcyclist.

Creates, designs and implements IT projects concerning all departments of Campus Bemke.

Miłosz Wszołek

Head of Communications and Marketing

Has been supporting brands in branding for over 15 years. Graduate of the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the University of Silesia. Master of Arts. Designer, specialising in branding and creating graphic materials. Husband, father of three children. In his free time, he is a painter and basketball player. A Gorzenian by avocation, a Kleczanin by choice.

At Campus, he is responsible for communication and marketing.

Magdalena Kobylińska

Chief Operating Officer

She holds a master’s degree in foreign trade and postgraduate studies in project management from the Warsaw School of Economics. She started her professional career at Renault Polska Sp. z o.o. and in the following years held the position of Corporate Affairs Director at the Sternik Association, while also being a member of the Management Board. She has many years of experience in managing educational institutions and in creating optimal solutions and organisational structures. She specialises in project management and marketing and communication.

At Campus, she is responsible for communications and IT.

Katarzyna Kowalczyk

Reservations specialist

At Campus, she handles the booking and billing of accommodation services.

Paulina Olek

Sales and Marketing Manager

As a graduate of management and business psychology, she understands perfectly how important it is to combine theoretical knowledge with practice in effective sales activities. Her professional path has allowed her not only to gain in-depth knowledge in the areas of management, hospitality and catering, but also to develop interpersonal skills, which translate into effective communication with customers and the team.

Maciej Podczaski

Director of Catering and Accommodation Services

A graduate of the Higher School of Tourism and Ecology in Sucha Beskidzka, specialising in Tourist Services. Has over 18 years of experience in the hotel and catering industry in managerial positions in, among others, Hotel Belweder***** in Ustroń, Hampton by Hilton Oświęcim, Hotel Vestina*** in Wisła, Międzyzdroje*** and Hotel Dwór Karolówka*** in Zakopane.
A leader with extensive experience in team building, organisational culture and sales management. He works with a passion for building relationships, achieving goals and developing business. Privately a happy husband and father of two children. Lover of hospitality, foreign languages, ballroom dancing and strength sports.

At Campus Bemke he is responsible for the area of Accommodation and Catering.

Bogdan Załuski

Green Maintenance Specialist

Related to “Kopiec” for 6 years, amateur gardener. Husband and father of four sons.

On Campus he is responsible for the order and tidiness around the building, he also takes care of the monastery park.

Waldemar Grabowski

Head of administration and maintenance

He says that the place where he works is his second home, he has been involved with it since 2008.

He has supported the school’s activities and development since its foundation. The family atmosphere of the place and the people are what he appreciates most about his job.

At Campus, he is responsible for the administrative area and maintenance.

Łukasz Pyrz

Property Manager

Professionally involved in the real estate industry for fifteen years. In 2012, he completed postgraduate studies at the School of Business in Dąbrowa Górnicza in the field of: ‘Real estate management’. In his previous company, specialising in building management, he headed the technical department. At Campus, he is a property manager.

Kacper Deka

Project Manager

A graduate of the Cracow University of Technology in Civil Engineering with many years of experience in comprehensive construction projects. He gained his competences managing the investment process on behalf of the investor as a project manager, and earlier managing construction works and site organisation for the general contractor, where, among other things, he held the position of site manager. He gained his experience in companies such as Polimex-Mostostal, CFE Polska and Basecamp Student.

At Campus Bemke Foundation, he is responsible for the realisation of the Central Building and for the Campus Development Plan.

Anna Chowaniec

Volunteer Centre and Youth Club Coordinator

Wife and mother of three children. Associated with ‘Kopiec’ for seven years. She is active in the Parents’ Council and supports the school’s projects. She has experience of working with people and leading a group. She is not afraid of difficult challenges and learns new things with openness.

At Campus she is responsible for volunteer work, actively promoting volunteering, coordinating the ‘Youth Club’ and integrating all age groups.

Krzysztof Słaboń

Director of Community Relations

Specialises in building teams and communities and implementing personalised education in educational and business institutions. Graduate of the Evangelical Theological Seminary and the MATRIK school of management trainers. He works as a trainer, consultant and tutor, collaborating with Collegium Wratislaviense and the Turqsowa company from Wraclaw. He is co-founder and president of SLOT – Association of Local Creative Centres.

At Campus, he is responsible for creating and animating communities.

Katarzyna Kukieła

FarmLab Project Coordinator

Graduated in care pedagogy at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn and postgraduate studies in ‘Communication without Violence according to Marshall B. Rosenberg’.
Over the years, she has worked with children as a camp educator, ZHP instructor and playground animator, and then with the world of natural building.
She gained experience in horticulture as a volunteer and apprentice on farms in Poland and abroad, as well as by setting up and running her own vegetable garden.
At Campus, she coordinates the FarmLab project.

Magdalena Palka

Intern

As part of the internship programme, she supports the implementation of educational and development projects and Holidays with Passion. She gained experience in working with children and young people as a development tutor, camp educator and volunteer coordinator. She is dedicated to social and charitable activities with her heart. Graduate of the Individual Development Programme and the HR Mentoring Programme. A student of psychology at the University of Silesia in Katowice, a member of the Psychotherapy and Psychological Training circle.

Julia Rurańska

Intern

As part of the Campus Bemke Foundation’s internship programme, she supports the implementation of educational and development programmes for young people, in particular the Individual Development Programme and Campus for Young People. She is involved in working with children and young people as a holiday educator at Holidays with Passion. Additionally, she is involved in volunteering for children and young people.

As part of her internship programme, she is using her experience in creating content and graphic materials while developing her competence in project management. She is a student at the University of Silesia in Katowice, majoring in Logopaedics. In her private and professional life, her greatest value is building relationships.

Dominika Paliczka

Project coordinator

Responsible for coordinating and supporting educational and development projects at the Campus Bemke Foundation, especially the Holidays with Passion project.

Master’s degree in psychology. Graduate of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology at the University of Silesia, majoring in Psychology, and the University of Economics in Katowice, majoring in Master of Business Administration. She has experience in working with people with intellectual disabilities as a coach and therapist. Certified vocational counsellor. social and key skills trainer and educator.

She has 5 years of experience working as a coordinator of educational, youth, counselling and foreign projects, as well as 2 years of experience working in the field of special pedagogy as a therapist for people with intellectual disabilities, including coupled disabilities and autism spectrum disorders. She is currently developing her project management competences at the Campus Bemke Foundation in the role of Project Manager.

Izabela Krowicka

Junior Communications Specialist

Responsible for creating content for social media channels that corresponds to the adopted TDJ Foundation brand communication strategy. Additionally, she creates graphic materials and content used in internal communication, as well as supporting the communication needs of the team. A graduate of the WSB Merito University in Chorzów majoring in Business Psychology – with a specialisation in positive psychology and a student at the University of Economics in Katowice majoring in Management – with a specialisation in Management. She has gained experience in marketing and communication over several years through her professional practice and participation in numerous courses and trainings.

Paulina Szerzeniewska

Manager of the Talent Development Centre

Manager of the Talent Development Centre department at the Campus Bemke Foundation, acts as an organiser of leisure and extra-curricular activities for children, young people, adults and seniors. Until 2015, she was involved with the Scouts, where she worked with young people. She holds a double degree in Economics and Management.

Ewa Moskała

Director of Kindergarten na Kopcu

Graduated in educational pedagogy, educational intervention, preschool and early childhood pedagogy and management in education. She has been involved in the project since its inception. First as an educator, now as a teaching and learning director. She cares about the holistic development of preschoolers, creating conditions for her charges to feel safe in the preschool and enjoy their time spent together. At work she is guided by love and faith in each child. Her passion is singing. She fulfills her childhood dreams by singing in a church choir. Privately, she is a happy wife to her husband Adam and mother of three children, Liliana, Jack and Michael.

Katarzyna Przybył-Tamowicz

President of the Board, Campus Bemke Foundation

A graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, with a background in computer science and linguistics. Previously, she served as an advisor on the use of information technology in business operations and was the long-time Director of the Fregata School for Girls in Gdańsk. She is also the winner of the 2008 Darboven Idee Grant competition for the most innovative business idea developed by a woman.

At the Campus Bemke Foundation, she is responsible for overseeing the entire project.

Katarzyna Przybył-Tamowicz

Wcześniej, doradca w zakresie wykorzystania technologii informatycznych w prowadzeniu działalności gospodarczej oraz wieloletnia Dyrektor Szkoły dla Dziewcząt Fregata w Gdańsku. Laureatka konkursu Darboven Idee Grant 2008 na najbardziej innowacyjny pomysł na biznes opracowany przez kobietę.
