Spring Festival on Campus Bemke – let’s meet on 5th of April 2025!

Along with spring, we are waking up to life! After the winter dormancy comes a time of joy, fun and gratitude. Spring is the perfect time to kick back, get some fresh air and start a new gardening season with FarmLab!

Join us at the Festival of Spring on Campus Bemke – an event for lovers of gardening, healthy food and outdoor activities. This is a unique opportunity to spend a Saturday actively, learn something new and feel the true joy of spring.

During the festival, we will jointly plant the region’s first pocket forest on Campus Bemke – a green space that will improve air quality, increase biodiversity and become a place to relax surrounded by nature. This is a unique initiative that will leave a positive mark on our surroundings for years to come. Gardening workshops, talks and expert advice, as well as free fertiliser for your own garden, also await you on this day. It is also a great opportunity to meet local healthy food producers and taste natural products at our market.

There will be no shortage of attractions for children either – thanks to specially prepared activities such as a field game, cooking and nature workshops, both adults and the youngest will be able to learn about environmental responsibility, learn about plants and discover nature awakening.

Why you should join?

  • You will plant a pocket forest with us – under the guidance of experts we will create a unique green corner on Campus Bemke.
  • You will receive free fertiliser from the Grunt od Nowa Foundation and valuable tips on how to use it in your own garden.
  • You will learn the secrets of healthy living – how natural food affects the body and how to grow your own vegetables without chemicals.
  • Spend some active time! – During the festival, there will be plenty of activities for the whole family.
  • Get to know local producers – discover the flavours of healthy produce and organic delicacies straight from the farmers at our market.
  • Help shape children’s responsibility – through games and workshops, the youngest will learn how to care for the natural world around them.
